The Ventura County Fair starts on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 and runs through Sunday, August 15. Pre-sale tickets for both entrance to the fair and special ride tickets can be purchased in advance at the Oxnard Performing Arts and Convention Center, 800 Hobson Way, now through July 30, while supplies last. The P.A.C.C.’s box-office hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM and are closed on Sundays.

This year, pre-sale tickets for general admission are $9, seniors and children $6, prices will go up after the July 30th deadline. You will also be able to purchase a sheet of 50 ride tickets for $21. This year, you can also get a special pass for $25 that gets you in all 12 days or a special wristband that allows you to get on all fair rides, on August 5th, 9th, 10th and the 12th.
